- Equip all provincial commands with modern radios, vehicles and forensics.
- Establish dedicated SARV (sorcery-accusation related violence) response units.
- Stand up a National Cybercrime Unit.
Courts & Justice
- Clear the District Court backlog within 24 months.
- Build six new courthouses across rural PNG.
- Reform the Village Court system to better serve women and children.
- Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) properly funded and resourced.
- Modernise correctional services with rehabilitation at the core.
