Health
- Universal Free Primary Healthcare for all citizens, beginning with under-5s and pregnant women.
- Revive every closed rural aid-post within 24 months.
- 5,000 new nurses and 1,200 new community health workers by 2030.
- Three new regional referral hospitals — Mt Hagen, Lae and Kokopo.
- Roll back PNG's maternal mortality rate through the National Maternal Health Guarantee.
Education
- Restore Tuition Fee Free with full transparency and direct school-level accounting.
- 10,000 new teachers, with priority placement in rural and remote schools.
- Build or rebuild 1,000 classrooms across PNG.
- A TVET college in every district by the end of the term.
- PNC Scholarship Scheme — fully funded study with a five-year return-of-service to PNG.
